Corporate Buddy
Designed to be company/situation specific and for working within groups -
ideally suited for Executive Boards, Management Teams and Corporate Departments.
Ordinarily would initially involve conducting a fact finding one on one discussion
with key company personnel, followed by observation of group dynamics, communication
and effective decision making.
Executive Buddy
Primarily designed to work with board level executives and involves working
with an individual Client. It begins with a one-to-one session to explore
initial objectives and then working together over a period of time to assist
the Client in realising their objectives. It includes working in a variety
of delivery methods and settings: Work - Home and Social.
Personal Buddy
Working with an individual or couple to improve personal issues. Uses a variety
of one to one sessions and group work.
Fly on the Wall
This is derived to gain optimum benefit from the relationships that we have
with our "Neighbours." These would be external business partners,
outsourced services, suppliers, customers and so on. Whilst the corporate
buddy looks at inter department or inter group workings, this programme looks
at the group's effectiveness to work with external groups.
